This application represents one of the leading platforms in Italy dedicated to healthy weight loss and comprehensive wellness. It offers a structured 21-day program, known as INTENSIVE21, designed to facilitate weight reduction and promote a holistic improvement in physical and mental well-being. Users can engage in workouts from their own homes, at their convenience.

The primary aim is to support users in losing weight and regaining overall well-being by focusing on nutrition, physical activity, and mental health. The program integrates access to a health and wellness app, live daily workouts — recorded for flexibility — of varying intensities, and additional features that foster sustained lifestyle transformation.

The journey lasts 21 days, followed by a 10-day recovery period. Anticipated results include a weight loss ranging from 3 to 6 kilograms. All live sessions are recorded for on-demand viewing at any time.

The INTENSIVE21 app offers extensive features available in both free and PRO versions. Users can log dietary intake (meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner), daily steps, water consumption, and track their progress. Additionally, they gain access to a blog with weekly articles on nutrition, fitness, health, and mental well-being, alongside a recipe section featuring over 100 healthy recipes.

Included in the program are:

<li>Six advanced-level 40-minute workouts focused on toning;</li>

<li>Saturday morning yoga sessions lasting 40 minutes;</li>
<li>Mindful eating classes;</li>
<li>Ten healthy habits introduced through sessions with our Health Coach Natalia;</li>
<li>Three seasonal weekly meal plans (including vegetarian and vegan options), customizable according to preferences;</li>
<li>24/7 support via WhatsApp;</li>
<li>Cooking classes with Natalia;</li>
<li>Educational sessions on reading food labels;</li>
<li>An active community of over 2,500 members;</li>
<li>Three-week seasonal menu cycles under the "INTENSIVE21" program.</li>
</ul>

The app is freely downloadable; however, access to the full program requires a subscription with the following options:
<ul>
<li>"Monthly" – access for 30 days (one cycle);</li>
<li>"Quarterly" – access for 90 days (three cycles);</li>
<li>"Semi-Annual" – access for 180 days (six cycles);</li>
<li>"Annual" – access for 365 days (twelve cycles).</li>
</ul>

Subscriptions are billed automatically via credit card through the iTunes account unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment details are processed at confirmation through the user's iTunes account. Subscription management and automatic renewal deactivation are possible within iTunes settings after purchase.
